Email sync on Mobile Devices
We have found that several users using the Outlook App on
their phones are not automatically syncing after being moved to the Microsoft Cloud. If you encounter this issue, please remove
your Hawken email account then re-add by using the steps below. Please reach out if you need further
assistance.
iOS (Apple) Devices
iOS Mail App
- Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts > Add
Account.
- Select the account you want to
remove and select Delete Account.
- Click Delete Account to
confirm.
- Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts > Add
Account.
- Click Add Account
- Select Microsoft Exchange
- Follow the on-screen directions
entering your email address and password (**note two factor authentication may be required**)
Outlook App for iOS
- Open the Microsoft Outlook
app.
- Navigate to Settings.
- Select the account you want to
remove and select Delete Account.
- Click Delete to
confirm.
- Navigate to Settings.
- Click Add Mail Account
(Outlook, Gmail, Exchange, iCloud)
- Follow the on-screen directions
entering your email address and password (**note two factor authentication may be required**)
Android Devices
Android Mail App for Office 365 Email
- Open the email account.
- Select Menu (⋮) and Settings.
- Select the email you wish to
remove.
- Scroll to the bottom and
select Delete Account.
- Click OK to
confirm.
- Select Menu (⋮) and Settings
- Select Add Account
- Select Microsoft
Exchange/Office 365
- Follow the on-screen directions
entering your email address and password (**note two factor authentication may be required**)
Outlook App
- Open the Microsoft Outlook
app.
- Navigate to Settings.
- Select the account you want to
remove and select Delete Account.
- Click Delete to
confirm.
- Navigate to Settings.
- Click Add Mail Account
