How to login to the Helpdesk
Hawken's Helpdesk uses Microsoft servers to authenticate your Hawken issued credentials. In order to authenticate please click "Sign in" in the upper hand of this page or open a new window with this link https://help.hawken.edu/portal/signin

This will re-direct you to Microsoft's Login page or automatically log you in if you recently signed into your Hawken issued Microsoft account. If you are not automatically logged in you should see the one of the following windows:

On this page please enter your full Hawken email address. This is your username + @hawken.edu i.e. "RBart@hawken.edu" and Click Next.
Or if you see an option to pick an account please select your Hawken account or select Use another account and then enter your Hawken Email address and Password.
When your login is successful you will be prompted to stay signed in. We recommend you do this for ease of use next you need to access the Help Desk or other Microsoft products.
