Hawken Network Access off Campus

Our primary method of access to Hawken network resources is through a Microsoft technology called Direct Access.  You can check to see if you are successfully connected to Direct Access by clicking on your network icon  and looking for the status of Hawken Intranet.
 

If Hawken Intranet connection does not show "Connected" then please open control panel by clicking on the start menu  then the "gear" settings icon and search/select VPN.  You should see a screen similar to this: (select Hawken Backup VPN and hit connect)


After selecting "Connect" your screen should show this:



You will see "Connected" under Hawken Backup VPN conection request is successful.

If your Hawken Backup VPN does not connect please restart your computer and try again.  If you cannot connect to either "Hawken Intranet" or "Hawken Backup VPN" please start a chat with us in the lower right hand cornder of this page, open up a helpdesk ticket or email help@hawken.edu
