Logging on to Hawken laptop remotely for the first time

If you are unable to login to your Hawken tablet and you have confirmed your username and password please follow these steps:
 
1.  Confirm that you are connected to your wireless network by selecting the wireless icon in the lower right hand corner of the screen 
      
2. If you are not connected please select your wireless network from the available options, select connect,  input your password then select next, then select Yes if you are not on a public network.
      In this example the wireless network I am connecting to is called "hawken"

Your wireless network should show as "connected, secured" now

3. After you see that your wireless network shows as connected please select the icon to the left of the wireless icon (it looks like two monitors one in front of the other).

Your screen should look similar to this:

4. Next input your Hawken username and password and hit enter or the arrow next to the password field  (follow any instructions to change your password if required.  Please note on a password change your new password must be at least seven characters long and not match your two most recent passwords)





5. If successful you will be brought to your desktop.  If not please restart your computer and repeat this process.  If after your second unsuccessful attempt please open up a ticket so we can assist your further.
