JamBoard - Sharing and Permissions

JamboardJamBoard is a fun app in the G-Suite and acts as a virtual bulletin board or group brainstorming tool.

You will find Jamboard in the suite of Google applications. Open your browser and click the square menu in upper-right corner

After you create a Jamboard, you then share it with others to collaborate (edit) or view the board.

The easiest way to do this is to send a link to the Jamboard through e-mail. Be sure to change the permissions to "editor". Else you will be asked to provide permission every time to someone opening the link

If you choose to NOT send a link to all of Hawken, you can name individual users, but again, be sure to change their permissions to "editor"
