Next, please sign up by entering your Hawken Email address an clicking get started.
Next enter your Full name or name you wish Calendly to display for you, a unique password and click continue
Next follow the on screen instructions and check your email for a confirmation email.
Once you find the email please click on "Confirm My Email"
Next you should be presented with the screen below. Please select "Exchange Calendar Exchange Server 2013, 2016, 2019"
Next enter your email address, Hawken network password, exchange server address (exchange.hawken.edu) Domain (hawken.edu) and your Username and select Connect.
Now your calendar is connected. There are some options here for advanced users, but feel free to skip this and select Continue.
Once you setup your meeting availably and duriations please share you unique calendly URL with your students/collogues. Your unique can be found on the home page under your Display name. In this example the URL is
Https://calendy.com/rbart
Once integrated you Calendly times will automatically generate a Zoom meeting and send it to you and the user requesting a meeting.
